Shipping policy

Standard Dispatch

All standard orders placed by midday between Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been shipped which will contain your tracking number.
Please note some of our larger items may be dispatched in two separate boxes.

Standard Delivery

All standard delivery items will typically arrive within 2 - 5 working days.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK Mainland and Wales, then delivery may take slightly longer.
Please note: If you have ordered a larger item then it will be a curb side delivery only. The driver may in special circumstances also ask for assistance to lift the object.

Assisted 2-Man Delivery

Our premium 2-man delivery order items will typically arrive within 3-7 working days.
Please note this delivery does not include assembly of any items or removal of packaging from your home.

Delivery Pricing

Pricing is calculated on individual product weight and size. All product pages detail standard and assisted 2-man delivery costs per item. If you are purchasing multiple items, the total delivery cost will be calculated at checkout. 30-Day Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange your purchase. Simply return your unused item to us in its original packaging or alternatively give us a call and we’ll arrange to have it collected from you for a small fee. You will be issued with a full refund of the product cost as soon as the item has been turned to us and competed a satisfactory quality control check.
